Leveraging coordinated grassroots communications to build broad public support for solar energy
Populism is on the rise in Ontario and around the world as political agendas are increasingly sensitive to public opinion. This session will explore the ways that industry players and their networks can work with grassroots communication partners to capture and share the distributed benefits of solar energy with the masses and to inspire them to tell others and to write their local politicians. With so many benefits – creating local jobs, lowering hydro bills, and providing consumers with more energy choices – solar energy is truly power for the people. Attend this session and join the solar nation that is growing solar awareness in Ontario and across Canada with the aim to make solar energy a multi-partisan matter while driving consumer demand through education and awareness.
