Exhibit Hall Sponsorship
- 8’ x 10’ exhibit space includes: 6’ draped table, two chairs, pipe and draped space (black drape); foyer is carpeted (20 spaces available)
- An official Exhibit Hall sponsor listing with logo on the conference website, PDF program, onsite signage and screens
- 2 Complimentary conference registrations/booth attendant**
- Price DOES NOT include electrical, material handling, shipping, etc.
- Space will be assigned alphabetically
- Exhibitors must remain all day including until the Awards Dinner begins (tickets are included to the Awards Dinner) 9am-9pm
Note that set-up will take place first thing that morning ONLY from 8am-9am. You have 1 hour to set-up (the closer to 8am the better). We do not have access to the space the night prior. Please ensure all of your team is fully aware of this BEFORE you agree to this binding contract.
Dismantling takes place 6:30pm-10pm on November 14th. You can dismantle after the cocktail reception (during dinner) or stay for dinner and dismantle after dinner. Tickets to dinner are included and you are encouraged to stay but we realize it is a long day and understand if you wish to leave after the last networking reception. You may not dismantle during the reception.
Please bring a simple to set-up and tear-down display.
